In November, Spicers Canada expands its position in the distribution of shipping, packaging and warehouse supplies with the acquisition of Shippers Supply, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta with nine locations throughout Western Canada.
In June, Lindenmeyr Munroe further strengthens its sales and distribution presence with the acquisition of St. Paul-based Independent Paper Group, LLC (IPG).
In January, Lindenmeyr Munroe acquires KFI Technology, a dynamic and specialized business headquartered in Trenton, NJ and focused on the wide format printing industry.
In July, Lindenmeyr Munroe acquires the business of New York-based Graphic Paper, a wholesale distributor of fine printing paper and converted products, adding state-of-the-art converting capabilities to their service portfolio.
In March, Lindenmeyr Munroe acquires the business of C.J. Duffey Paper Company, an independent distributor of fine and business papers in Minneapolis and Duluth, MN, strengthening its sales force and expanding their presence in the Midwest market.
CNG acquires Domtar’s Ariva paper distribution business and Bradner Central Company, adding both to its North American Distribution Division. A.T. Clayton, a recognized distributor of paper in the publishing industry, becomes part of CNG’s North American Publication Division.
CNG acquires the assets of Spicers Paper, a paper merchant with headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and Kelly Paper, a pioneer in retail paper sales headquartered in City of Industry, CA. Both companies operate throughout the western United States.
